To provide Scarlet Tide: ZeroERA reservation, contact verification, test notifications, and launch reminders, we collect information you voluntarily submit, including your name or nickname, email address or phone number, primary device, primary social media platform, optional notes, and necessary security data generated during verification, such as IP address, device indicators, human verification results, request timestamps, and anti-abuse records.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to manage reservations, verify that contact details are real and controlled by the user, detect abuse and suspicious traffic, send test invitations and launch updates, improve service quality, and comply with legal or security obligations. We do not use your personal information for unrelated purposes unless authorized by you or required by applicable law.

3. Storage and Protection

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access control, audit logging, least-privilege access, and network isolation, to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Temporary verification data, such as one-time codes, human verification results, rate-limit records, and verification tickets, is deleted after use or expiration. Reservation contact information is generally retained for no more than 365 days from collection, or for a reasonable period after testing or launch notifications are completed, unless a longer period is required by law.

4. Service Providers and Third Parties

To deliver verification, messaging, human verification, security protection, and infrastructure hosting, we may engage carefully selected service providers such as cloud hosting, email, SMS, and anti-abuse vendors. These providers may process information only as necessary to support this service and must meet applicable security obligations. We do not share your personal information with unrelated third parties unless required by law, necessary to provide the service, or separately authorized by you.

5. Your Rights and Deletion Requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or withdrawal of consent regarding your personal information, and you may also request that we stop sending reservation-related notifications. To request reservation cancellation, deletion, or contact preference changes, please contact hi@yomio.cn and include enough information for us to identify your reservation record. We will review and handle such requests within a reasonable period after verification.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy due to product changes, operational requirements, or legal obligations. Updated versions will be published on the official website and take effect upon publication. Where required, we will provide more prominent notice for material changes.
